Directions
Recommendation: Apply 10 sprays to muscles being exercised 30 minutes prior to workout. Allow to dry 3 to 5 minutes. Apply again 30 minutes after workout to maximize recovery. Product may be applied on off days to maintain pump and vascularity if desired.
