Directions
For Hardcore Fat Loss: Please refer to the dosing schedule. For the first 3 days, take 1 rapid gel before breakfast or morning workout session, and 1 rapid gel 6 hours later. Day 4 to 6 take 2 rapid gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 2 rapid gels 6 hours later. Day 7 and beyond, take 3 rapid gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 3 rapid gels 6 hours later. Do not exceed 6 rapid gels in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. For best results use continuously for a minimum of 21 days. Stacks well with anti-cramping diuretic and thermogenic fat burner. Note: Contains greater than 360 mg of methylxanthines (including caffeine and theobromine) per serving. For individuals sensitive to the effects of methylxanthines (i.e. Caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants), start by taking only 1 rapid gel as directed and do not exceed a total of 2 rapid gels per day. For best results, combine Methyl Ripped with a low-fat, high-protein, calorie-reduced diet and hardcore training program.
