F Block:

» Designed to absorb fat from the foods you eat. Fat trimming diet formula. No wheat, yeast, egg, soy, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar or artificial color. Chitosan fiber binds to fat and cholesterol in the intestinal tract and encapsulates them, preventing them from entering the bloodstream. F Block has added cofactors Vitamin C, which studies have shown, work to enhance the effectiveness of Chitosan by swelling the fibers, as well as Lipase, a natural Proteolytic enzyme that helps break down fat and vegetable cellulose that help physically dislodge hard to get at fat, lipids and bile acids. Directions

F Block Suggested Use: As part of a diet and exercise program, to achieve results, take 2 capsules 15 minutes prior to meals with a full 8 oz glass of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. C Block Suggested Usage: For dietary support take 3 C Block caplets 15 minutes before each starchy meal with a full glass of water (8 oz). Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.
