Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules 1-2 times daily with food. For Optimum Results: On training days take 4 capsules first thing in the morning and an additional 4 capsules immediately after workout with food. On non-training days take 4 capsules first thing in the morning and an additional 4 capsules in the evening with food.
