Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 8 tablets daily (this will supply you with 10 grams of glutamine peptides per day). For best results, take 4 tablets 2-4 hours before your workout and 4 tablets after your workout. On non-training days take 4 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the afternoon. Person using this product for health reasons other than performance enhancement take 2 tablets every two hours.
