Directions
(Adult) Take one (1) or two (2) x-caps daily (in the morning, 30 minutes to one hour before a meal and in the evening 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime). The maximum recommended dosage of SNGF for a healthy adult, is no more than four (4) x-caps in a 24 hour period.
