Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 tablets with each meal. Daily intake can be increased to 6 tablets per each meal during periods of intense training and competition. Keep this bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to excessive heat, moisture or sunlight.
