Directions
Take 1 scoop of Nitric Crea-Plus, mixed with 8-10 oz. of cold water, 45-60 minutes prior to workout. For best results and maximum vasodilatation, take on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after your last meal. For those over 200 lbs, two scoops may be consumed if desired with additional water. For advanced trainers, a second serving may also be consumed, 6-8 hours before or after first serving, if desired (on an empty stomach).
