Directions
Use the plastic scoop inside. Put 1 scoop in a water bottle (about 25 g). Fill with 16 to 20 oz ice cold water and shake vigorously. Occasionally give the bottle a quick shake. For best results start drinking Revenge Sport 30 minutes before exercise and continue drinking every 15 minutes during exercise.
