Directions
As a dietary supplement take four capsules twice daily. Workout days: Take four capsules with 8 oz. of water 15-20 minutes prior to training. Take another four capsules with 8 oz of water immediately following your workout, either by itself or together with Isobolic Advanced Matrix. Non Workout Days: Take four capsules with 8 oz. of water with breakfast or lunch. Wait 4-6 hours and take another four capsules with a meal.
