Directions for Optimum Utilization of Cytomax Pre-Formance: 30 Minutes to 1 hour before beginning activity, simply mix 2 rounded scoops (70 gm) in 8-10 oz of water. Cytomax Pre-Formance doesn't require a blender! When using a sports bottle, add 2 scoops and water - shake and enjoy! No clumps, no kidding!
