Directions
As a dietary supplement, take as follows: For 30 days, take 3 capsules immediately prior to bedtime. After 30 day on cycle take 1 week off with no supplementation prior to starting new on cycle. For best results combine with regular exercise and diet program. Consult your physician prior to starting this or any other supplement program.
