Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (1 scoop) with 8-10 oz water and consume. To load: take 3 servings per day for 3 days, with 1 serving 30-45 minutes prior to exercise. After completing loading phase, wait 14 days then repeat loading phase or as instructed by a health care provider.
