Subject: Bodybuilder waffles
Bodybuilder Waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup plain oatmeal
1/2 cup 1% milk
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Just dump all this stuff in the blender and run it on any setting for about 20 seconds. Pour it on your waffle iron and enjoy. You can make pancakes with this too.
Spray with calorie free "butter" and enjoy!
