Subject: BSN Lean Dessert
Tastes great in a blender but does not mix well with a spoon or in a shaker.
Banana Nut is NASTY though!
Great for cutting cals/carbs

Subject: I like it...
I drink lean dessert once in a while. Its not something I drink regularly. I have it when im getting tired of my whey.
I like the Cinnamon roll flavor a lot. Its good.
