All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. No returns on opened products and no unauthorized returns. You must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number for an item to be accepted, any sent with out the number will be refused. Please email support@megasupplements.net for more info. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or products will be reshipped. Certain items like protein bars that are sent in warm weather locations can melt. We will take every precaution to ensure products are shipped in fresh condition. We cannot accept returns on heat damaged products. Also products cannot be returned because you do not like a particular flavor.
All re-saleable products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, they must be sealed, unopened, and in original package. All products are shipped back at the customers expense and must be properly insured. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If products are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returning, we cannot grant you a refund.
