Subject: Smoothies

Here are several drinks I make:

 

Proteinbucks 

8 ounces of 1% milk 

2 scoops of instant cappuccino mix (Some are pretty low sugar if you are watching that)

1 scoop of vanilla, chocolate or flavorless protein powder.

4 or 5 ice cubes.



Chocolate Split

8 oz 1% milk

1/4 to 1/2 a bananna

4 to 5 ice cubes

1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder.

1 scoop of low fat chocolate ice cream (optional)



Strawberry bananna twist

1/4 bananna

4 small scoops of strawberries. (Frozen will work but they must be completely thawed.  In surup adds suger but tastes better)

4 or 5 ice cubes

1-2 scoops of unflavored protein powder

3 squirts of juice (optional.  Papaya, pineapple, blackberry, lemon or orange all work good.  Papaya is best.)

(add a little water if the stawberries are not in surup to allow it to blend. add protein powder last.)

If blender is working too hard, add some more water or milk.  If too thin, add ice.  Dont overblend or you will melt your ice.  More protein just makes it thicker and more filling.
