Subject: How to post a pic...
1. Host your pic on imageshack.net
2. Scroll down on the Imageshack page to where it says Hotlink for Forums 1 - copy the test and past into a message here. Erase all of the text you see except what is between the first [ I M G ] and [ / I M G ] tags and don't delete those first [ I M G ] and [ / I M G ] tags either. Note, I added spaces in my IMG tags just now so they would show up as text - you won't want to add spaces.
The test you want will look similar to this, but without spaces: [I MG]ht tp://img143.im ageshack.us/img143/8855/newavit ooab3.jpg[/I MG]
3. Submit the message
4 Go back and click "edit" on your message...the picture will pop up. Submit it again.

Subject: Posting A Picture An Easier Way
Post a picture using the insert/edit image button in the tool bar for the message body. All you have to do is use the "direct link" address from whatever picture hosting site you use (tinypic, photobucket, imageshack, etc.) and it works. It is so much easier then including the I M G and having to edit your post and then repost!!!
