Ordering / Shipping Policies

Ordering Policies:

• Orders taken from our site are placed on SSL secure pages.
• Orders by phone may be placed Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm CST at 1-800-264-0096
• Orders can be placed via fax 24 hours a day at 903-838-6843
• Orders by mail can be placed and sent to: Mega Supplements  7 Serenity Lane  Nash Texas  75569
• Orders must be placed before 2:00pm CST, Monday-Friday are eligible for same day shipping. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday’s will be shipped the next business day.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors and all prices are subject to change. MegaSupplements does not offer price matching. Monthly specials are limited to quantity on hand. Bulk discounts are available for qualifying orders. Gyms and other wholesale accounts are welcome. Please call for wholesale pricing.

Payment Information:

• We accept all major credit cards which include Visa, American Express, Discover & Mastercard
• Personal checks are accepted, order ships after check clears our bank.
• Money orders are accepted also, order will ship immediately upon receiving.
• COD’s or Western Union

Please have all the appropriate information including the cardholders’s name, billing address and phone number. Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify all information matches correctly. We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit card the order was placed.   

Shipping Policies:

• All orders will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.95. Some products are
  flagged as Heavy and/or Bulky items and may increase the shipping amount in
  your shopping cart due to a Heavy and/or Bulky item handing fee. You can upgrade shipping to priority for a fee of 10.00. (priority does'nt mean express overnite)
  
  Note: If you get free shipping because of your order amount, you will not be
  charged the $7.95 shipping fee, but you will still need to pay any Heavy
  and/or Bulky item costs if you have any Heavy and/or Bulky items in your
  order, this excludes any military orders, additional fees may apply.
• Military address will be assessed the corresponding USPS shipping cost for the destination and weight, most cases $7.00 dollars extra, LARGER ORDERS MAY COST MORE DUE TO WEIGHT.  UPS or Fed-ex does not ship to APO or FPO addresses.                
• Mega Supplements is not responsible for any lost packages that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We obtain our information that the customer provides, therefore if you entered incorrect name and or address (zip code, appt. number, suite,  ect.) and your package is lost, our company is not responsible.
• Other shipping methods are available at the customers request, additional fees may apply.
• Sorry no international shipping is available at this time.
